More about Bill Oakley:
My wife Joan and I are natives of upstate New York and have been in Florida more than 50 years. Having lived in South Florida for most of those years we now live in Heron’s Landing. I still travel to New York to visit my 96 year old mother who just quit driving 4 years ago. Needless to say l have longevity on my side!
Joan and I have been married for 57 years and still enjoy doing many things together. We enjoy hiking, bicycling, attending church regularly and traveling as much as we can.
We have three adult children whom are all successful in their chosen career paths. You might say they are in the helping career fields. One is a Paralegal, one is a Medical Doctor, as is her husband and the third is a professional Nanny. We also have five grandchildren. The two oldest have their own businesses and are quite successful, another one is in the food service industry and the younger two attend Christian Academy in Orlando.
